Who We Are

Who We Are

We are an independent authority working with community, industry and government. We facilitate the rehabilitation of declared mine sites to work collaboratively towards safe, stable and sustainable landforms for the beneficial use of future generations.

What We Do

We facilitate positive mine rehabilitation outcomes for all.

We check that declared mines have effective plans in place for rehabilitation and communicate what is happening to the community.

We also provide rehabilitation advice to government and industry and are an educational resource for schools, TAFEs and universities.

How We Do What We Do

We have a business management system which ensures policies and guidelines are in place, we have a dynamic knowledge base, and we can manage the organisation and our work.

Our Strategy

Our strategy-on-a-page is an overview of our objectives, how we’ll meet them, and the outcomes we aim to achieve.
