Does the app collect any personal data or track my usage?
The app does not collect, store, or share any personal data. You don’t need to register or log in to use the app, and we don’t track your usage or activity. You can read our Privacy Policy here.
Why won’t the app open? Why is it crashing?
If you experience this problem, uninstall the app and download it again.
For Apple Devices (iPhone/iPad):
1. Press and hold the app icon on your home screen.
2. Tap “Remove App” and then “Delete App” to uninstall it.
3. Go to the App Store.
4. Search for the app and tap the download icon to reinstall it.
For Android Devices:
1. Go to “Settings” > “Apps” or “Application Manager.”
2. Find and tap on App
3. Tap “Uninstall.”
4. Open the Google Play Store.
5. Search for App and tap “Install” to download it again.
