Advancements Aligned with the 2023 Strategy
Building on the initiatives outlined in our 2023 Strategy, we are proud to report the following achievements for this year:
- Delivery of the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework
Successfully delivered a framework for the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation and effectiveness of rehabilitation planning activities and the Latrobe Valley Regional Rehabilitation Strategy (LVRRS); and the achieving of the outcomes set out in the Monitoring and Evaluation Framework. - Enhanced Social Media Engagement:
Increased the frequency of social media posts, leading to a significant boost in followers and audience interaction. - Expanded Educational Programs:
Strengthened our school outreach by providing tailored resources and learning opportunities to educate students about the importance of mine rehabilitation. - Stakeholder Register Optimisation:
Maintained and reviewed our stakeholder register, streamlining communication and fostering more effective engagement with all involved parties.
